VINTAGE BRUT MACEDON
Victoria's Macedon Ranges is one of Australia's coldest wine regions, where slow-ripening fruit, cropped at low levels produces well developed fruit flavours and acidity.
Careful winemaking using using hand-picked, premium Chardonnay grapes has produced this dry, yeasty grapefruity style Sparkling wine.
Made in the Traditional Method, the wine has been on lees in this bottle for over 3 years. Serve cold for best enjoyment and safer bottle opening.
12% Alc/vol. 7.1 Standard drinks. Preservative 220 added.

2005 Romsey Creek Chardonnay
The Macedon Ranges in Victoria is on of Australia's coldest wine regions.
Here low yielding, slow ripening vines produce naturally balanced fruit with good acidity.
This Chardonnay has a gentle mouth feel and complexity due to fresh fruit flavours, malolactic fermentation and 12 months in new and old French oak.
Great with roast chicken. Best served cool.

Our new release and first Pinot Noir Rosé is a pretty, fruity wine.
Best served cold, it has a fresh, crisp palate with a dry finish…ideal cool summer drink on the veranda or at a picnic.
