2005 Romsey Creek Chardonnay (6 bottle)

The Macedon Ranges in Victoria is on of Australia's coldest wine regions.

Here low yielding, slow ripening vines produce naturally balanced fruit with good acidity.

This Chardonnay has a gentle mouth feel and complexity due to fresh fruit flavours, malolactic fermentation and 12 months in new and old French oak.

Good with food and will cellar well for at least 5 years. Best served cool.
